Purchases may be returned in its original, undamaged condition for a full refund of purchase price within 14 days of purchase.*
Within these 14 days items may be exchanged for another item of equal value in place of a full refund of purchase price. **

Store credit will be given for items returned within 30 days after the original purchase date.

Personalized and custom made jewelry may not be returned unless received by the customer in damaged condition or contains incorrect engraving.

Shipping Costs:

$15.00 will be placed on all orders totaling under $150.

Free ground shipping is available on orders totaling $150 and above. Overnight delivery is available for an additional $25.

Orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Sales tax charge of 8.375% will be applied only to customers residing in New York State.

How to Return:

All items must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.
