All returns must be pre-authorized. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization and the following information is requested in order to be receive a Return Authorization (RA) number:

1. Reason for the return
2. Your Account number and company name
3. Copy of the invoice for which merchandise was purchased
4. All returns will be towards a merchandise credit only
5. Returns after 30 days from invoice date will be charged a 15% restocking fee
6. Returns after 90 days from invoice date will not be accepted - no RA will be issued
7. Any incomplete returns (i.e. 1/2 earring pair) will be assessed as an extra cost of repair or replacement
8. Merchandise returned that does not belong to JewelMak Fine Jewelry, will be returned to the sender immediately
9. Failure to follow these procedures, will render any claim of this nature null and void
